This is to inform you that the Commission is providing the following procedural assistance to all participants in this proceeding:
1.
An official service list has been established and will be updated and dis-tributed periodically.
A copy of the first official service list is enclosed.
2.
Pai ticipants may serve only two copies of any filing with the MC: one on the Secretary of the Commission and the other on the Presiding Officer.
However, pLrticipants are still required to serve all other participants with copies of any filing with the NRC except for the statements of positions and cross-statements.
These two filings will be copied and served by the Comission.
