Dear Members of the Board:
Reference is made to Counsel for the Shoreham Opponents Coalition's (SOC) letter to you dated June 6,1980, which submitted a copy of the "First Stipu-lation Regarding Certain Contentions of the Shoreham Opponents Coalition and in Part Request for Additional Time" (" Stipulation"). The Stipulation sub-mitted to you by SOC on June 6th was, due to lack of time, not signed by the Sta ff.
I am now forwarding a duplicate original of the Stipulation which has been signed by me on behalf of the Staff.
I also note that SOC's counsel has inadvertently not labeled the particularized contentions', attached to the Stipulation, as " Appendix A" even though the attachment is referred to in paragraph IA of the Stipulation as " Appendix A."
Since the particularized contentions constitute the only attachment to the Stipulation, I have taken the liberty of typing the notation " Appendix A" on the upper right hand corner of the first page of the attachment to the enclosed duplicate copy of the Stipulation in question.
