)

) Docket No. 50-312 (SP)

SACRAMENTO MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT

)

) MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF (Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station) ) TIME FOR FILING PROPOSED

) FINDINGS OF FACT AND

) CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The California Energy Commission (CEC) moves the Board to extend the filing dates for all parties proposed findings and conclusions by three days.

This extension will enable the CEC to formally consider proposed findings and conclusions at its regularly scheduled business meeting of July 30, 1980, rather than in special session.-

The schedule we propose is as follows (the present schedule is shown in parentheses):

On or before Licensee's proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law July 11 (July 8)

CEC proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law August 1 (July 29)

NRC Staff proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law August 22 (August 19)

Licensee's reply September 51I(August 29) 1.

At the request of the Licensee, this filing would be extended one-week rather than three days.

I 8006260

Dased on discussions with the Staff and Licensee, CEC undarstends that its proposed schedule.is accepted by all parties.
