Physical Security Plan

Dear Mr. Miller:

The new physical security plan for the physical protection of SNM of low stratagic significance at the Penn State Breazeale Reactor will be submitted to_the NRC by August 1, 1980 as required by 10 CFR 73.67.

All important aspects of the plan have been written as required and are, in general, in effect at this date. The figures and details of related procedures required by this plan are in the process of being completed.
