be informed that during eddy current testing of Steam Generators #1 1

and #2, two tubes in Steam Generator #2 exceeded the plugging limit i

of 50% wall degradation.

The defective tubes were Row 40, Column 24 and Row 41, Column 24.

Additional inspections were performed in accordance with Technical Specification requirements and no further defects were discovered.
