Dear Mr. Montoya:
i This is in response to your letter dated March 27,1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, eight catagories of personnel information regarding Hispanic Employment.
A copy of the documents listed on the appendix are enclosed.
NRC has no accession or promotion information for Hispanics for CY-1977.
At the present time, the agency does not have a Hispanic Employment Program Manager but is carrying out a recruitment program for Hispanics.
The NRC Division of Contracts (DC) has advised this office that in 1979,
$986,000 was spent in the 8-A program. However, DC is unable to identify a dollar amount directed to Hispanics.
