Dear Mr. Miller:
In compliance with the original regulation of 10CFR Part 71.51, we submitted on June 15, 1978, our Quality Assurance Program for transportation packages for nuclear materials used in our Radiography Program.
Inasmuch as we have received no adverse comments and have been complying with the program for two years, please send our Certificate of Approval for this program.
