Dear Mr. Dogerty:

This is in further reply to your four letters submitted under the case nunters stated above.

In each of your letters you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of documents which you listed and specifically identified by Accession Number, Report Number, Author, nunter of pages, and brief description.

In this final response to your multiple requests, the documents listed in Appendix A are enclosed.

As you know, you were granted a waiver of 75% of the fees involved based upon your representation of lack of ability to pay the full amount and your status as an intervenor in the Allens Creek proceeding. Consequently, for this final shipment of 210 pages of documents enclosed, please send a check in the amount of $5.25 payable to the "U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission" along with a copy of this letter, to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, NMBB-4?.10, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555.

During that time I have filed ten sets of Interrogatories and the same number of document requests to both the NRC Staff and the utility Applicant.

I have filed several procedural motions and testified ten hours at the Special Pre-hearing conference in October, 1979 Mr. Steven Sobinki, Counsel for the Staff may verify these statements for you.
