This is in response to IE Bulletin 80-02 concerning the presence of Company of Inglewood, California as a manufacturer o spargers and thennal sleeves.

whether or not the Marvin Engineering any NSSS equipment was supplied to Company.

Their response is that the Zimer feedwater -

spargers and thermal sleeves were manufactured by General Electric C&I Manu-facturing NSSS in hardware. San Jose, and that Marvin Engineering has not mmer supplied any Zi Since no equipment frcm the Marvin Engineering Company was supplied to Zimer under the NSSS Contract, nor does the Cincinnati Gas & Electric have any purchase orders with the Marvin Engineering Company, we trust th this will complete our responsibility in responding to IE Bulletin - .
