Your plan has been classified by the safeguards Licensing staff as requiring a major amendment to License S!iM-1057. Therefore, a safeguards amendment fee of $2,800 is required, as specified in fee Category 1G of Section 170.31 of Part 170, copy enclosed.
Payment should be made to the U.S. fluclear Regulatory Commission and mailed to my attention.
