hCA SQN MEB 8004 was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. W. Wright on May 2,1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). Enclosed is our final report on this deficiency.
This hCR was also reported on Watts Bar and Bellefonte Nuclear Plants.
