DETERMINATION OF ACCEPTABILITY OF Q-LIST FOR FARLEY 2 On February 25, 1980, a memorandum was sent to appropriate branch chiefs requesting that Section 3.2 of the FSAR be reviewed by each branch to determine if it includes all safety-related structures, systems and components within the branch review responsibility. Responses were received from the Accident Analysis Branch (4/4/80) and the Effluent Treatment Systems Branch (3/27/80). Responses from the remaining branches are needed to complete the QAB-SER Supplement 4 input for Open Item No. 21 in R. L. Tedesco's May 13, 1980 memorandum.
Please advise the QAB reviewer F. Liederbach, by June 20 of the results of your review, including any changes required by your branch in the Farley 2 Q-List.
