Dear Mr. Hazle:
Enclosed is a copy of the trip report filed by J. E. Rothfleisch of my staff regarding the Cotter Corporation Schwartzwalder Ore Sorter Project near Golden, Colorado.
As noted in the report, Mr. Rothfleisch met with your staff and Cotter Corporation representatives -to provide recommenda-tions on the technical content of Cotter's forthcoming amended license application and environmental report.
This report marks the termination of our technical assistance in this project which was initiated with our review of the original application submitted to us in November 1978.
Although our formal involvement in this project has ended, Mr. Rothfleisch will be available for telephone consultation with your staff as needed.
Sincerely,
