Please note the conditions included in the approval.
In particular, delete enclosure 2 and Appendixes A & B.
While there must be supporting written procedures to inpler.ent the QA program, these procedures, as well as others you may develop to implement the program, should not be submitted as part of the QA program p q.
- Also, radioactive material shipping packages designed or manufactured after January 1,1979 must be designed and manufactured under a QA program approved by the Nuclear Regula-tory Comission.
