REPORT OF TEXAS UTILITIES COMPANIES - APRIL, 1980, Pursuant to the direction of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board during the Special Prehearing Conf,erence on June 21, 1978 (Tr. 124-125) in South Texas, and dering the conference.in comancho Peak and South Texas on December 5, 1978 (Tr. 79-90), the Texas Utilities Company System ("TU")
submits this report on discovery during the month of April, 1580.
During the month of April, counsel for TU participated in the depositions of Drs. Norman C. Lerner and Gordon Taylor, the expert economic witnesses of, respectively, the NRC Staff and the Department of Justice.
TU acceded to proposals that the depositions of Messrs. Frame, Gerber, Hartley, Mayben, Scarth, Simmons, and Stagg be postponed due to the involvement of S
Y certain counsel in extensive settlement negotiations.

Interrogatories.
