Dear Members of the Board:

A March 28 News Release submitted to Associated Press by Allied General Nuclear Services (AGNS) reported that Dr. Rarvey Ragsdale, et al made a study for AGNS concerning spent nuclear fuel storage at the Barnwell Plant.

On behalf of Environmentalists Inc., I request a copy of that study when it becomes part of the record in the above-entitled proceeding.

Further, I request that you send to Environmentalists Inc.

copies of the reports to be submitted to your Board by Richard E.

Cunningham, Director of the Division of Fuel Cycle and Material Safety.

Said reports were referenced in the NRC's filing of October 19, 1980, concerning an apparent geological fault in the Barnwell, South Carolina area.

Please forward these reports as soon as they are available.

It is further requested that and information concerning plans to resume hearings on the Barnwell Fuel Receiving and Storage Station matter be promptly sent to this organisation.
