COMPLETION OF URANIUM RECOVERY LICENSING BRANCH REVIEW 0F PROPOSED MARTIN-TROST ORE UPGRADER PROJECT AT VIRN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA WMUR performed a technical review of the subject proposed Martin-Trost uranium ore upgrader project in California at the request of the State (letter K. The WMUR staff reviewed the proposed application of Martin-Trost Associates and issued a letter report identifying areas needing additional information (letter from H. Miller to K. Fess of October 16,1979). WMUR involvement a
