Dear Mr. Schwencer:
Our January 15 letter indicated that a comparison of the blast response spectra with the OBE re.sponse would be provided in March,1980.
This data was requested at a Dr.cember 18, 1979 meeting with your Mr.
Dean Tibbitts and his associates.
This year there have been several charges set off at the Trap Rock Quarry and we are trying to provide you with as much data as we can for your evaluation.
We now expect to file the requested information in late June or early July.
