NRC STAFF MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE CONTENTIONS The Licensing Board's order of April 22, 1980, gave Zimmer Area Citizens and the NRC Staff until April 9,1980, to file contentions and corments thereon with the Board.
Counsel for the Staff and Applicant are in the process of reviewing contentions submitted to them by ZAC, see attached letter of even date by Staff counsel, and all three agree that it would be desirable for the Board to extend to June 16 the time to file contentions and comments. Therefore, the NRC Staff moves the Board to extend until Monday, June 16, 1980, the time for ZAC to file contentions and for Staff and Applicant to coment thereon.
