This letter is to advise you that it was only two days ago that we received from your office the clarifying summary of NRC's physical pro-tection requirements for nonpower reactors.
We are (and have been) actively working on a revision of our cur-rently approved Physical Security Plan to put it into the standard format and to incorporate necessary changes, but it will be several weeks before we will be able to have it ready and to submit it for approval.
