Dear Mr. Ippolito:
Your letter of April 25, 1980, on the "Effect of a DC Power Supply Failure on ECCS Performance" requests a schedule for confirmation of a General Electric Company generic study on this subject.
In addition, a list of the ECCS equipment that would be available for large and small recirculation loop discharge breaks and recirculation loop suction breaks is needed.
This list should take into account both DC power supply f ailu re and loss of equipment due to water spillage.
Our response addressing all of the items requested in your letter will be submitted by August 15, 1980.
