NRC Docket Nos. 50-295/304 ATTACHMENT A Commonwealth Edison Company's response to the NRC Staff'S ninety (90) day items of Section D of Appendix A in Reference (a) follow.
4 0.1. The licensee shall establish the on-site emergency preparedness manning levels on each shift as contained in 4
Table 1 attached to this Appendix.
Commonwealth Edison Company has established the on-site emergency preparedness manning levels on each shift as contained in Table 1 of Appendix A in Reference (a).
'4 0.2. The licensee shall establish a temporary on-site inter-disciplinary review group consisting of, as a minimum, representatives from the NSSS vendor, the architect-engineer and the plant maintenance and operations staf fs.
This group shall review and concur in all existing plant emergency procedures.
This group shall also review and concur in changes to emergency procedures.
Emergency i t changes may be approved in accordance with current licensee requirements, but shall be subsequently submitted for approval by the review group.
- .j Commonwealth Edison Company has established the j
subject review group consisting of representatives from the
- n NSSS vendor, the architect-engineer and the plant maintenance staff.
However, since every EOP (Emergency Operating Procedure) and any change to an E0P is initially reviewed by an operating engineer during the On-Site Review Function, a representative from the operations staff has t
not been assigned to this review group.
This will avoid duplicative reviews by the operating staff.
