As a resident of Northwest Massachusetts, in close proximity to the Vermont Yankee Atomic Plant, I am concerner about the lack of adequate safety systems in the plant.

I urge you to enforce the minimum Nuclear Regulatory Commission safety standards on the Vermont Yankee plant, and I also appeal to you to hold public hearings on decommissioning the planttin Vermont, New Hampshire,-

and Western Massachusetts. The people have the right to be told the truth about the Yankee plant, and to ex-press their views, i
