7 INTERROGATORIES TO TMIA 2
g TMIA objects to Licensee's follow-up interrogatories and sets forth the following reasons therefor:
1.
Subsection (a) of both interrogatories is vague and calls not for information but for justifications of the answer filed in response to the original interrogatories.
2.
Subsection (b) is burdensome and overbroad in that it calls for every publication and technical publication dealing with this area that exists anywhere in the world'.
WHEREFORE, TMIA requests that this Board dismiss Subsections (a) and (b) of both follow-up interrogatories.
