Gentlemen:
Your letter of February 29, 1980 requested information concerning the subject packagings.
The following is provided in response to your question.
1.
The number of Model No. 6400.packagings owned by the user and the serial number of each.
Response
AP&L does not own any of the Model No. 6400 packagings.
2.
The serial number of any other Model No. 6400 packagings which the user has delivered to a carrier for shipment since February 28, 1978, and the name and address of the owner of each.
Response
AP&L has not used any Model No. 6400 packagings since 1977.
3.
The results of a physical inspection of each Model No. C400 packaging owned by the user to determine whether:
a.
The packaging conforms in all respects to the drawings referenced in Certificate of Compliance No. 6400, Re-vision 8.

b.
The packaging has been significantly damaged or its con-dition ha.c deteriorated in a tanner which could affect its abili to meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71.

Any cracks or holes are present in the inner liner (con-tainmentvessel).

This Item is not applicable to AP&L since we do not own any of the Model No. 6400 packagings.
