CHANGES TO BAW-10096A, REVISION 3 We have reviewed your letter received April 25, 1980 concerning changes to the Babcock & Wilcox Topical Report BAW-10096A, Revision 3, "B&W NPGD Quality Assurance Program for Nuclear Equipment," April 1977. You clarified for us that the Central Quality Assurance authority and responsibilities described in Part 1.1 of the report are unchanged, that the Central Quality Assurance organi-zation shown on Figure 13 of the report is unchanged, and that Central Quality Assurance is part of " Quality and Technology."
With this clarification, we agree that the changes described in the letter are acceptable and that incorporation of these changes into the next revision of the topical report is also acceptable.
