C Safe ards Branch Inspection Summary:
Areas Inspected: Measurement Control Program, Storage and Internal Control.
The inspection involved 39 inspector-hours on site by two NRC inspectors and was begun during the regular hours.
(
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the two areas examined during the inspection except for the following two items:
1.
Failure to limit the accumulation of scrap with a measurement uncertainty of greater than 10 percent (80-04-01) (Deficiency).
2.
Deficiency: Failure to use measurement control data in determination of random error ve.riance (80,04-02)'(I)eficiency).
