4 TMIA's Response 5-1 (a) "Necessary maintenance and repairs" are those repairs which if not attended to in a timely fashion might adversely affect the integrity or operation of the nuclear facility or the health and safety cf the public. 5-1(b) & (c) Given the voluminous records provided by Licensee in response to TMIA's interrogatories and TMIA's limited resources, progress in identifying relevant data has been slow, and discovery is not yet completed. . Attachment "A" contains the work orders identified to date that TMIA believes contain information relating to its contention. Additionally, it can be said that TMIA's scope of inquiry into work requests will be limited to those contained in Licensee's response to TMIA's Interrogatory Set 7 Number 7 (7-7) . See also Attachment "B" for the relevant account numbers given in response to TMIA's Interrogatory Set 5 Number 8 (5-8) . TMIA will update there lists as it identifies further work requests. 5-1(d) Attachment "C" contains the list of people who have or may have knowledge in support of TMIA's allegations. In addition, allindividuals TMIA has noticed for depositions are individuals it believes have or may have knowledge in support of TMIA's allegations. Unfortunately, TMIA has not been able to pro-ceed with many of the depositions. Further individuals who are identified in the future will be added to this list.
