CONTENTIONS ONE AND TWO G
Three Mile Island Alert, Inc. (TMIA), by its attorneys, Widoff, Reager, Selkowitz & Adler, P.C., hereby moves this Board to issue an Order permitting the withdrawal of TMIA Contentions One and Two, and sets forth the following reasons therefor:
1.
TMIA does i.et presently have the funds necessary to develop admissible evidence on these contentions that will be useful to the Board in making its recommendations on the restart of TMI-1.
l 2.
Other intervenors are pursuing the concerns raised in TMIA Contentions One and Two, and it is assumed that information related thereto will be fully developed by these intervenors.
WHEREFORE, TMIA respectfully requests permission to withdraw TMIA Contention Nos. One and Two.
