In reading the Lansing Star recently I ran across an article which stated that the Big Rock Point nuclear power plant is exemat from 1!he Nuclear Regulatory Commission's safety regulations.
I find this statement a bit hard to believe.
Could you find out if the statement is true and if so how it came to be?
