Dear Mr Grossman:
I am oneof the persons that made a statement to you at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission hearing in Petoskey Mich on December 5, 1979 How are things progressing regarding the matter of Consumers Power's request for additional storage of spent fuel at Big Rock Point Euclear plant?
In the 4/24/80 Pestoskey News, an article appeared with the heading "NRC approves moving of K-waste with guards."
Does this mean that Consumers Fower can now move their spent nuclear fuel from the Big Rock Uuclear Plant to some nuclear waste disposal dump?
If this is so, will there be any need for them to request addition l storage a
of nuclear spent fuel at the B%g Rock site?
