1 This submission consists of two parts:
- 1) Submission of the facility emergency plan as required by 10 CFR 50.54(r).
The document submitted is the existing emergency plan for the facility.
The appendix containing response agreement information is not a part of this submission.
2)
Submission of a revised Physical Security Plan. This plan contains ma-terial which should not be publicly disclosed and is marked to that ef-j fect and submitted as a separate enclosure. This plan will replace the present Physical Security Plan when it becomes effective, March 25, 1981, or 90 days after approval by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, whichever is later.
