Dear Sir:

In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), the General Electric Company Vallecitos Nuclear Center (GE-VNC) submits herewith six (6) copies of revised pages to supersede pages of the same name in reference 2, above.

The enclosed revised pages include changes as discussed in reference 3, above, and are summarized as follows:

1.

Modified Section 2.3.4 to reflect the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67.

2.

Changed the holding license to reflect R-33 properly in Sections 2.3.1 and 2.3.2.

3.

Changed 3.3 to reflect going to combination locks and also Part II Section 1.2.

All revised pages have been modified to include the date of change. Additionally, specific areas of change are identifiable by a "bar/ asterisk" appearing in the left-hand margin; figures excepted.

As the enclosures contain information concerning the safe-guarding of SNM, GE-VNC requests that they be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d).
