This is in partial response to your letter dated April 15, 1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, inspection reports regarding the suspension of FL-10 package, as well as documents between the NRC and the manufacturer of the FL-10 package.
Please find enclosed the documents listed in Appendix A, which have been identified as being subject to your request.
One document subject to your request was originated by the Department of Energy. This document is being referred to that agency for its releasibility determination and direct response to you.
