SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND THE U. S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION r
THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, effective the 2nd day of April
,19 80, by and between the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (hereinafter referred to as the
" Government"), as repres6nted by the UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMIS-SION (hereinafter re(ferred to as the " Commission"), and THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIF,0RNIA hereinafter referred to as the " Contractor"),
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify Contract No. NRC-04-77-367 as hereinafter provided, and this supplemental agreement is authorized by law, lncluding the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, and the Atomic Energy Act of 19S4, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, said contract is hereby modified as follows:
1.
In the prefatory sentence of APPENDIX A, the date " October 1,1980" is substituted for the date " March 31, 1980."
2.
In ARTICLE II - THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, the date " October 1,1980" is substituted for the date " March 31, 1980."
