12. OtScairTION OF AMENOMINT/MODIFICAfiON Article III - Consideration and Payment, is changed to read:

"In full ' consideration of the Contractor's presentation of the Refresher NDE Course, June 9,1980 through June 13, 1980, HRC shall pay the Contractor the sum of $5,000.00 in accordance with Article 7 of the General Provisions entitled ' Payments.'"
