Dear Mr. MacDonald:
4 Pursuant to your notice dated February 29, 1980, Neutron Products, Inc. hereby requests continuation of the referenced certificate in accordance with Paragraph 71.12 (b) of 10CFR71 or 49CFR 5173.393a.
The following information is submitted in response to the February 29, 1980 notice:
- Neutron Products Inc. does not own any Model 6400 packages.
- We are unable, at this time, to provide the serial numbers of the Model 6400 packages we have used as we cannot find a serial number on the package which is currently stored at our facility.
- The Nuclear Engineering Company (owner of the 6400 packages we have used since February 28, 1978) has been unable to provide them to us.
