Parris dated January 17, 1980. Enclosed is our response to items 1, 2, 3, and 5 of the bulletin for the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant. Where nacessary, more detailed plans for qualifying equipment (which is determined to have inadequate qualification) and schedules for completing this action will be submitted as they are established.
