ORDER RULING ON INTERVENOR, STATE OF ILLINOIS, MOTION TO RECONSIDER BOARD ORDER DENYING MOTION TO STAY PROCEEDING The Intervenor State of Illinois (State) has moved that the board reconsider its ruling of February 29, 1980 denying the State's motion to stay the proceeding.
This motion is also denied since the State has brought forth no new information or reasons than were originally presented and which were considered and rej ected by the board.
Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the motion of the State of Illinois to reconsider denial of,its moticn to stay proceedings is denied.
