RO T3 (Q75) 2.4.39 went to 2.4.12 Unable to write a psychometrically sound question with 3 plausible distracters to this KA. ROs have very limited responsibilities in emergency plan implementation.

Recommend replacing with an available 2.2 Equipment Control KA not tied to any of the system generic KAs listed in ES-401 D.1.b.,
generic KAs that have already been sampled, or KAs that lack a 55.43 tie. This list would include the following KAs - 2.2.2, 2.2.3, 2.2.4, 2.2.5, 2.2.12, 2.2.13, 2.2.14, 2.2.22, 2.2.25, 2.2.36, 2.2.37, 2.2.38, 2.2.39, 2.2.40, 2.2.41, 2.2.42, and 2.2.44.
Recommended possible choices include the following: 2.2.1, 2.2.6, 2.2.7, 2.2.11, 2.2.15, 2.2.17, 2.2.18, 2.2.19, 2.2.20, 2.2.21, 2.2.23, 2.2.35, 2.2.43.
CE chose 2.2.11.
SRO T3 (Q96) 2.2.5 went to 2.2.21 Unable to write a psychometrically sound question to the KA that doesnt overlap with Q97.
Recommend replacing with an available 2.2 Equipment Control KA not tied to any of the system generic KAs listed in ES-401 D.1.b.,

The ability to determine source of RCS leakage into the CCWS can only be determined by manually isolating the various loads supplied by CCWS, which limits the answer choices for any plausible distracters.
Requested a replacement KA from the CE. The CE chose 400000 K1.03.

Discussed replacement KA with the CE. Since 295028 was not sampled on the RO or SRO exams, decided to replace 295018 A2.01 with 295028 A2.01 to maintain outline balance.
