Also attached is one copy of the License Amendment class determination and a check in the amount of $4400 for the amendment fee.
The proposed Technical Specification changes would add Limiting Conditions for Operat ion and Surveillance Requirements for the safeguards bus low voltage protection circuitry recently installed on both Prairie Island un it s.
Also included are miscellaneous proposed changes intended to correct or clarify certain sections of the Technical Specifications.
Exhibit A contains the proposed changes, reasons for change, and safety evaluations.
Exhibit B contains revised Appendix A pages showing the proposed changes.
