Recently we received your forn letters requesting the submission of consoli-dated safety analyses along with the subject applications for renewal.
Based upon previous conversations with your staff, ve understood that sub-mission of such consolidated analyses would not be required for this renewal because the packages have specific uses and are seldom used by GAC and the few others involved in our material shipments. Accordingly, we had subnit-ted on January 31, 1980 our renewal applications, reference (a) and refer-ence (b), and fees for the adninistrative renewal of the package Certificates of Compliance.
This confirns our telephone conversation's acceptance of revised expiration dates of May 31, 1981 rather than May 31, 1985 for COC-9072 and June 30, 1981 rather than June 30, 1985 for COC-5938, and reconfirms our intent to submit a consolidated safety analysis as part of the 1981 rencual applications.
We look forward to your renewal of the subject Certificates of Compliance 4
with expiration dates of May 31, 1981 and June 30, 1981, respectively.
