PROPOSED IMPOSITION OF CIVIL PENALTIES - 5100,000 and ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE By EN-80-15, dated April 25, 1980, the Commission was informed of IE's intent to issue to Houston Lighting and Power Company a Notice of Violation, a Notice of Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalties and an Order to Show Cause.
This is to inform the Commission that as a result of further discussion with the EDO, the date of issuance of the Notices and Order will be extended beyond the previously stated date of April 29, 1980, until no earlier than May 1,1980.
