including but not limited to the letter from the f4RC Chainnan i
to the Chairman of the CEQ, dated May 31, 1979, with all enclosures, j

a) ' Varying the proportions of simulated waste and Dow
' polymer to determine the range for which solidification will occur; b) measuring the compression strength of the solid waste; c) determining the leach rate of Cobalt 60, Cesium 137, Strontium 90 and other radionuclides; a
d) studying the possibility of crack extensions underneath the cladding on the reactor vessel.
