Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Michigan State University Docket No. 50-294 Based on the inspection conducted on March 24-26, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below.
Item I is an infraction.
1.
Technical Specification H.2 requires, in part, that the Reactor Safety Committee shall meet to monitor reactor operations at least quarterly and not to exceed a four month period.
Contrary to this requirement, the Reactor Safety Committee did not meet between May 7, 1979 and November 19, 1979, a period in excess of four months.
