o Iten 2 For each piece of identified equipment, provide the performance history associatcd with its usage. This should include the cause of any failures or malfunctions and the frequency of such events.

.usranse Tha installation dates and performance history for each piece of equipren identified in Table 1 is provided below:

3 rcrns Ferrt-unit 1 - PQC numbers LL321 thrcu;h LLS24, LLS33.

I LL337, LL833, LL327, LL843, LL844, LLS67, LLS71, LLS72, LLSS3, LL900, PP153, PP161, PPl79, 2639, and Z644 are being fabricated at this time and will be installed in the spring of 1981. No

,erferrance data is available.

I Eroens Ferry unit 2 - PQC nunbers FF326, DD251, and V644 were i

insta11cc in the spring of 1978. Since then, a visual exaaination was performed during tha spring of 1979 outage and l no indications of calfunctions or failures were found.

3rcuns ?erri unit 3 - ?QC number LLS63 has never been, nor are thara any plans for it to be installed; therefora, the equip-rent has no performance history. PQC numbers FF120, EE359, l

FF093, and DD369 were installed in the fall of 1979. Since then, the unit has been online and no opportunity for visual chamination has been presented. However, operations experience 6
