Toledo Edison acknowledges recepit of your March 18, 1980 letter and report enclosure 80-02 referencing apparent deviations from Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1 commitments to the NRC listed as

" Infractions" and " Deficiency" under the heading of " Notice of Violation".

Following a thorough examination of the items of concern, Toledo Edison herein of fers information regarding the items of noncompliance. The actions taken and planned to assure adequate implementation of our sec-urity program, in relation to paragraphs 3a and b of the report 80-02 are included.
