Dear Mr. Seyfrit:

River Bend Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50 h58 On March ih,1980, Gulf States Utilities Company verbally notified your staff of a poteutially reportable deficiency with regard to an incorrect input in the calculations used to generate the River Send Station Safety Relief Valve - Amplified Response Spectra. This potential problem has been evaluated, and it has been determined that it is not a reportable deficiency under 10CFR 50.55(e). This concludes our review of this matter.
