TRANSCRIPT OF MARBLE HILL HEARING The enclosed is a transcript of the proceedings of the Marble Hill public rneeting held in Madison, Indiana on March 25, 1980. We had arranged for a court reporter to record the meeting discussions; however, the reporter failed to show up for the meeting. As a result, a tape recorder was used.
Because the audibility of the tapes was complicated by background noise, the transcript contains a few cmissions and may contain some inaccuracies.
Also a portion could not be transcribed because a part of the meeting was inadvertently recorded on the same tape. We believe, however, the transcript reflects the tone of the meeting'and the concerns raised.
