SUBJECT:
DELEGATION OF UTHORITY TO ISSUE SUBPOENAS IN CONNECTION WITH INVESTIGATION OF TMI You are hereby delegated authority to issue subpoenas under Section 161c.
of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, to assist in the conduct of the investigation at Three Mile Island directed by my memorandum of March 21, 1980.
The above authority may not be redelegated and shall expire on June 10,1980, This delegation has been made pursuant to the vote taken during Affirmation Session 80-17 on April 21, 1980.
